2025 High School Scholarship Recipients

We are more than proud to congratulate and recognize the following SVF students, who were awarded high school scholarships.

Liliana Lempera, has been awarded the Roger Finnell Scholarship – St. Thomas Aquinas Award from Fenwick High School, a merit-based honor presented to students who scored in the 97th and 98th percentiles on their entrance exam. This highly competitive scholarship recognizes academic excellence and the pursuit of knowledge.

Amelia Jannusch, was awarded the Sister Natalie - Sister Viviana Scholarship from Trinity High School!

Each year, Trinity presents this honor to one incoming freshman from the schools where the Sinsinawa Dominican Sisters taught. Students are selected based on their class standing, leadership, character, service, and recommendations from their teachers and principal.

Michael Ciancio, was awarded the Kazma Family Foundation Scholarship, administered by the Catholic Education Foundation of the Diocese of Joliet. This scholarship honors students who are active in their parish, dedicated to serving others, and hold strong academic records. As part of the application, students reflected on their faith, family, and what brings them joy.

Donald Nielsen, was named a Daniel Murphy Scholar and will be continuing his journey at Fenwick High School. Daniel Murphy Scholarships are awarded to those who show outstanding academic promise and leadership potential. This incredible opportunity is a testament to his hard work and character. We know he will continue to make us proud.
