Alumni News

We love our St. Vincent Ferrer School Alumni! You will always be a very special part of our SVF family. Our doors first opened in 1940 and are always open to welcome you back to your school and to your parish. Continue to visit this page for information on class reunions and other alumni events.

This year marks our 80th Anniversary. As previously mentioned, St. Vincent Ferrer School opened in September of 1940 and was staffed by 4 Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa in 4 classrooms with a total of 44 students. Our plans to celebrate this educational milestone are currently put on hold, but we are happy to present our “Cheers to 80 Years” commemorative video. Please click here to watch!

As many of our SVF graduates from the Class of 2016 began their college education experience with many Covid restrictions, we would like to take this opportunity to wish them the best of luck. Here are a few of the fine colleges and universities they will be attending either with in-person classes or remote learning: Augustana College, Tulane University, DePaul University, University of Dayton, University of Washington, Illinois Tech, Northeastern University (Boston), Indiana State University, and Loyola University. We are very proud of these fine young men and women.
