St. Vincent Ferrer School has established a new charitable giving initiative, the SVF Annual Fund. The goal of the Annual Fund is to advance the mission and ensure the long-term viability of SVF. The Annual Fund will become the cornerstone of our fundraising program used to support SVF while we work on realizing components of the School Strategic Plan.
Like many Catholic schools, SVF has experienced fluctuating enrollment and rising operational costs. These conditions have created a funding gap where tuition and regular fundraising revenue alone do not cover the school’s operating expenses. In response, SVF is establishing the Annual Fund campaign to help bridge the gap between school revenue and the full cost of educating our students. Many Catholic and private schools across the country operate annually knowing this gap exists and rely on an Annual Fund to bridge the funding gap.
As we launch the Annual Fund, we ask our school families to please support this effort by promoting the Annual Fund campaign to the greater SVF community, including parishioners, alumni and friends of St. Vincent Ferrer. When you participate in the Annual Fund, you become an integral part of our legacy, shaping the lives of our students, and impacting our community.
We will provide more information about how to contribute to the SVF Annual Fund in the coming weeks.
