The annual walkathon, held each fall, is a fun, spirit-filled event. In preparation, students are given a theme and compete to design a logo. Submissions are judged by a panel of teachers and parents and the winning logo is imprinted on t-shirts worn by all participants. Sponsors underwrite the expenses of the event. Each student must solicit a minimum $100.00 in donations. Prizes are awarded to students with the highest donations and classrooms are awarded prizes for highest percentage collected. In additon there is a raffle. In the past 3 years the walkathon has made a total of over $110,000 for our school.
